A luxury handbag deserves more than a simple clean. At Bag Clinic, every piece is individually assessed before any work begins. We examine materials, construction, finishes, colour, hardware and overall condition to define the most appropriate treatment, always respecting the original character and identity of the piece.
We work with professional techniques, tools and products developed specifically for leather, suede and premium materials, from regular maintenance to the most demanding restoration work.

About Bag Clinic
Bag Clinic, Luxury Leather Care & Restoration, is built on more than eight years of experience caring for, cleaning, repairing and restoring luxury goods.
Over the years we have developed deep technical knowledge of leathers, suedes, pigments, finishes, hardware and construction methods. Bag Clinic concentrates that experience into one specialist service, created around the luxury handbag.
Every piece is different, so we never work with standard solutions. Each intervention begins with an individual assessment and is defined by the material, condition, construction and the result you are looking for.

How much does luxury handbag restoration cost in Lisbon?
Every piece is assessed individually. As a guide, our Signature Spa Clean starts at €95, colour restoration at €195 and the complete Full Revival treatment at €295. Send photographs on WhatsApp and you will receive a personal assessment and quote, with no obligation.
Which brands do you work with?
We work with every luxury house, including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Prada, Dior, Loewe and Bottega Veneta, as well as classic luxury footwear. Bag Clinic is an independent atelier with no affiliation to any brand.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Lisbon, Cascais, Estoril, Monte Estoril, Quinta da Marinha and the surrounding areas, exclusively by scheduled collection and delivery at your home or workplace. Collection is included on services from €150.
How long does a treatment take?
Your timeline is confirmed together with your quote, before collection. Most cleaning and care treatments are completed within one to three weeks; complex restorations can take longer. A priority service is available subject to capacity.
How does collection and delivery work?
Once you approve the quote, we schedule collection at your convenience, at home or at work. Every piece is photographed and logged at collection, and returned to the agreed location once the treatment is complete.
Do you clean sneakers or trainers?
No. Bag Clinic specialises in handbags, classic footwear and luxury accessories in leather, suede and premium materials. We do not work on sneakers.
Do you authenticate handbags?
We do not offer authentication. Our service is exclusively care, conservation, repair and restoration. We reserve the right to decline pieces we believe may not be original.
