We work on sneakers from luxury houses and collector releases: Golden Goose, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, Prada, Loewe, Bottega Veneta, Alexander McQueen, Amiri, Lanvin, Rick Owens, Berluti, Brunello Cucinelli, Loro Piana, Axel Arigato, Common Projects, Maison Margiela, Chanel, Hermès and collector collaborations. We do not work on everyday sneakers.

Every quote is personalised and presented before any collection. Supplements are added to the base clean.
- Luxury Sneaker Clean Complete cleaning of luxury sneakers: uppers, sole, laces and insoles, with products suited to each material€40
- Sole whitening or repaint Supplement to the base clean. Chemical treatment or paint of the sole and midsole, depending on material and condition+ €20
- Full colour restoration Supplement to the base clean. Colour restoration covers the whole sneaker. Clean with full colour restoration: €65+ €25

What is included
Cleaning is not washing
Cleaning
Hand cleaning of uppers, midsole and sole, laces and insoles, with products and brushes suited to each material. No washing machine, no immersion.
Sole whitening
Yellowed soles and midsoles are treated chemically or repainted, depending on material and condition. The method is set at assessment.
Colour restoration
Colour recovery on leather, suede and fabric across the whole sneaker, with professional pigments and finishes. The original colour and finish are respected.
Protection
Waterproofing and protection suited to the material, to make the result last.

The Golden Goose rule
The intentional distressing on a pair of Golden Goose is part of the design. We clean and restore without erasing it: we remove the dirt, not the character. The same principle applies to any pair with a deliberately aged finish.

Before you send us your sneakers
How much does luxury sneaker cleaning cost?
The complete clean (Luxury Sneaker Clean) costs €40 per pair. Sole whitening or repaint is a €20 supplement and full colour restoration a €25 supplement, so a clean with full colour restoration costs €65. The Full Sneaker Revival costs €60 to €80 and collector care €100. Structural repairs are quoted case by case. Send photographs on WhatsApp and you will receive a personalised quote.
Can you clean Golden Goose without removing the distressed look?
Yes. The intentional distressing on Golden Goose is part of the design and is preserved. We remove dirt, stains and yellowing while keeping the original aged finish.
Can you fix yellowed soles?
Yes. Yellowed soles and midsoles are treated chemically or repainted, depending on the material and condition of the pair. The method is set at assessment and the supplement is €20 on top of the base clean.

Do you collect and deliver?
Yes, by appointment, at your home or workplace, across the Lisbon district. Collection terms and timing are confirmed together with your quote. Nationwide, we can receive pairs via CTT, DPD or Inpost.
Do you clean everyday sneakers?
No. Bag Clinic works exclusively on luxury and collector sneakers. If you are unsure about your pair, send photographs on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether we can treat it.
